Your Six Pack Quest: Deadlines And Transformations

Are you already on "your six pack quest"?

If you are, here are some extra tips that you can do to make it even more interesting:

1. Give yourself a DEADLINE. Follow the program and set a certain time frame for each goal that you want to achieve. For example, you want to lose 10 pounds, lose it in 4 weeks. You want to tone your upper body, tone it in 4 weeks. Don't dream on your goals, act on it.

2. Be sure to take your before and after pictures. In Your Six Pack Quest 84-Day Meal Plan, right around the middle portion there are pages there where you can log your measurements for each week and there is also a portion where you can post your before and after photos for every 4 week regimen.

Having those pictures is sure a cool way to show off your achievement to your friends and family and it will surely give you an extra motivation every time you see how much improvement you've achieved.

3. Join in the Transformation contest that Vince has put up for all users. You could transform yourself into a new and better looking you and earn money by doing it too!

Just keep in mind that you are doing this for yourself and NOT for anybody or anything else.
