I just watched a video posted by Vince DelMonte about the secret of his product "Your Six Pack Quest" to helping you get a six pack abs. He could have hyped everything up to get people's attention but no, he's really telling what the real secret is...
There are no miracle tablets or miracle powders to get what you want. If it's that easy then everybody would be vying for the top fitness model by now.
To get what you want, you must want it enough... let's all work hard for that well toned six pack abs! :)
